How do I register?
Registration can be completed online by clicking the “Registration” tab above or in person at packet pick-up on Friday and on race day.
What’s included in my registration fee?
Each registration includes an event T-shirt, medal, sponsor goodies, route support, rest stop refreshments, and post-ride festivities.
All rider goodies are first come, first serve!
Can I register on the day of the event?
Yes, same-day registration is available for a fee of $100 (please arrive early to check in).
Can I change my route or category?
Yes, absolutely!
You can update your route or category in any of the following ways:
✅ Online: Log in to your BikeReg account and make the changes directly.
✅ By Email: Send your name and the changes you’d like to make to ezuniga@circlesofpeace.us.
✅ In Person: Changes can also be made during packet pick-up on Friday.
🕕 Day-of-event changes will be available for a $25 fee, so we encourage riders to make updates in advance if possible.
Are there refunds if I can’t participate?
Generally, registration fees are non-refundable, but your support still benefits local community programs! Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Friday Packet Pick-Up

🕐 Time: 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM
📍 Location: Circles of Peace Office
✅ Pick up your bib number and safety pins
✅ Get your event T-shirt
✅ Purchase or pick up your preordered event jersey
✅ Change your route if needed
✅ Register in person for $76 (card, check, or cash accepted)
Event Day Packet Pick-Up
🗓️ Date: Saturday, October 25
🕕 Time: Starting at 6:15 AM
📍 Location: Event site on Morley Avenue (start/finish line area)
✅ Pick up your packet if you couldn’t make it Friday
✅ Same-day registration available for $100 (card, check, or cash accepted)
What time do the rides start?
Ride times vary by distance — please check the official ride start schedule on our website or event flyer.
Where should I park?
Free parking is available near the start/finish line. Volunteers will direct traffic and parking on event morning.
Are e-bikes allowed?
Yes, e-bikes are allowed but will not be eligible for podium placements.
Can I purchase a one-day USA Cycling license?
Yes! Riders may purchase a one-day USA Cycling license for the event.
However, please note: because this is a State Championship, one-day license holders will not be eligible for podium placement or state championship medals.
Only annual USA Cycling licensees qualify for medaling.
What if I start with the wrong group?
If you start with a group different from your registered category, you will be automatically disqualified from that category and will not be eligible for medaling in the group you raced with.
Please pay close attention to the start times for each category and listen carefully to the announcer’s instructions at the start line to ensure you begin with the correct group.
Is the route supported?
Yes! SAG (Support and Gear) vehicles will patrol the routes, and volunteers will staff all rest stops with hydration and snacks.
You can find SAG stops on the official route maps tab.
Will there be road closures?
Some sections may have partial closures. This is an open course, so please follow all signs and instructions from law enforcement and volunteers.
What if I have a mechanical issue or get tired?
SAG follow vehicles can provide transport back to the start line or basic assistance.
Call 9-1-1 for any emergency needs — tell them where you are on the course and they will respond.
Is there food and entertainment after the ride?
Yes! Join us for music, local food vendors, and a community celebration at the finish line.
Will there be medals or awards?
Yes, medals are awarded to the top finishers in each category and all participants who complete their ride.
What does the event support?
Proceeds benefit community programs such as restorative justice, domestic violence prevention, drug prevention, youth leadership, and family wellness initiatives through Circles of Peace and community partners.
